The Watcher Out Of The Cosmos

At the center of the Cosmos there lies an entity that dwells in many dimensions at once. It knows not the boundaries of space and time as It's millions of eyes watch millions of worlds in millions of alternate universes. It sits within the very fabric of space and time, moving through it as It watches. It's eyes see everything, each one attuned to a different world in a different Cosmos.
